We went on a two day, one night trek in the mountains north of Chiang Mai. The first morning started with a visit to Baan Tong Luang, an ecological agriculture village, consisting of five different tribes of the region. It was basically a representation of what a real mountain village would be like. The villagers farmed and worked the land here, but it was really set up for tourists to get a taste of village life. The main "attraction" was the Karen Long Neck people, who we'll show later in the blog. This is a picture of their rice fields.
