Every night this market assembles along the main street, which is closed off to traffic. There are dozens of traders selling silk scarves, wall hangings, Hmong blanket and other crafts. We bought a few items. This is Whitney haggling with a seven year old over the price of a couple of change purses. Whitney got her price and made the girl cry. Kidding. About the crying.
