Most guesthouse bathrooms are one room called a "wet bathroom." It's called a wet bathroom because the toilet, sink and shower are all in the same space, so as soon as you take a shower, EVERYTHING in the bathoom gets soaked, so always plan ahead and take the toilet paper out of there first. Sometimes the bathrooms are big, sometimes small. In the picture you can see the shower nozzle on the wall next to toilet.
