There is an interesting kind of coffee that is made in this region and sold in many of the Vietnamse cafes called "weasel coffee". Coffee growers feed coffee beans to weasels and after they have passed through the animal’s body, the coffee is collected, ground and brewed. Here is a picture of weasel coffee offered for sale in a local shop. This is not a joke.
