Museum at the 17th parallel
This small museum praises the victory of the North over America/South Vietnam. Pictured are the museum and two exhibits within. One exhibit is of two North Vietnamese soldiers standing behind an American pilot as he surrenders. Be sure to see the mural on the wall behind them (US planes being shot down, etc). The other is of North Vietnamese and South Vietnanese soldiers speaking across the table from each other. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the North Vietnamese soldiers are much better looking (taller, better uniforms, nicer facial features, bigger guns) than the ugly South Vietnamese soilders.
